Local site not showing recent files

Local site not showing recent files

My Local site panel is not showing any files that were updated more recently than August 2020, no matter how many times I refresh. I have cleared all filters. I can update files in my remote site by dragging them from Windows Explorer directly to the Remote site panel in Filezilla. But this is not how it used to work and I worry that it may stop working altogether. Is there a setting that I'm missing?

Have you by chance been using an editor from the pre-Vista era to create the files?
