I lose my files bcs i delete them on a other page!

Hey, I'm new to Filezilla and I lose my files, I opened 2 Filezilla screens and deleted files on 1 side and the other side automatically refreshes, but I don't want to lose those files, does anyone know where the files can be, pls help!

If you have accidentally deleted the wrong files you need to restore them from your most recent backup.
