I`m using Opensuse 15.2 and Filezilla 3.31.0. Usually I have no problems with FTPS with several web hosters. Just the new one is troublesome.
Files (text, ASCII) above ca. 16130 kb are being cut off. If I use just FTP I have no problems. If I use a virtual machine with win10 on the same PC I have no problems either.

Antwort: 200 Type set to A

Antwort: 227 Entering Passive Mode (***).
Befehl: STOR CHANGELOG.md

How can I do trouble shooting?

Sorry, only the latest version downloaded from this website (currently 3.52.2) is supported here. You are running an outdated version, probably from the Linux repository. These have to be fully maintained and supported by their package distributor.
