Cannot connect anymore

Hi, I used to connect with the settings entered in FileZilla.
To connect FileZilla support had to accept our IP address.
As we had to reboot several times our router, something must have gotten lost.
I don't really know how to go about it.

Most likely a firewall or NAT router interfering with the connection.

You can use https://ftptest.net/ to figure out whether this issue is on your end (test succeeds) or on the server end (test fails).
