Impersonation Token

My server has been running with no issues until today ..

<Date> Info [Type] Message
<20-06-2023 11:31:34> File-based Authenticator [Error] Couldn't get the impersonation token for the default system user 'FTPServerAdmin', refusing to log in. Double check your settings!

Can't figure this out ... any suggestions ?

Does the Windows user account FTPServerAdmin exist and has the correct password been configured?

I just encountered this while standing up a new server. I don't understand the message:

<5/23/2024 12:35:58 AM> File-based Authenticator, FTP Session: 5 [Error] Couldn't get the impersonation token for the default system user 'data_warehouse', refusing to log in. Double check your settings!

I'm migrating from a win2022 server running filezilla 1.6.5 to a new win2022 server running 1.8.2. I exported the config from the old fz server and imported to the new fz server, but all connections result in the above message.

I had checked that but now I realize that when i imported the FZ.config from the old server, it copied the password from that device. switching to system user instead of other user also resolved the issue. thanks.
