Hi!
I'm new to filezilla. It was recommended to me to use in a class I'm taking and I'm following the instructions of the teacher.
I've done everything I was told to do in order to upload my pages to a server, but I keep getting this error message when I click "connect" or "okay" in the site manager:
Default remote path cannot be parsed. Make sure it is valid and supported by the selected servertype.
These are the things I was told to do (without giving away private info here):
I put in my host and the port (21)
did the username and password
went to "advanced" and put in where my local files are to be found
for remote directory: public_html/
transfer settings: default
Any help?

Paths always start with a forward slash.

The "/" was not necessary on 3.0.11 but is necessary on 3.2.0. Thanks for the help.

Using a forward slash does not work well with a mainframe MVS directory. CWD command fails with 'invalid directory'.
