I like the function: synchronizes folders in Filezilla v.3. with colour red and yellow.
If it were possible to set a Local Directory in a remote panel
i could use the power of Filezilla also synchronize local to local!
For example, typing in the host ftp://localhost...

Filezilla is not a file manager. If there is a server running at localhost, you can do that local-local thing.

I actually read several times, in this forum, that Filezilla is a Client and not a File Manager...
I installed Filezilla Server and now I can make local-local!

No. For local file management, please use a file manager like FreeCommander.
