Response: 553-Can't open that file: Permission denied
Response: 553 Rename/move failure: No such file or directory
You need to bother the server administrator.

How should I know? It is a) not my server and b) I'm not using said server.

Sorry for the miscommunication, but what does the server administrator need to do to solve this problem?

Is there something the administrator needs to do with their sharing options? I just don't understand because it transfers some of my files, but not all of them...

I think they need to fix the permissions.

try to login Control Panel (if you're server owner).
And see the folder of the file problem.
You'll see different owner (Virtual Host) setting.
Only server administrator can fix this.
Maybe in the past, they just move/copy the directory from other owner (root etc..).
So, you cannot delete/access the file without proper acces right :)

use command: chown -hR owner_name /your_directory/files

Here ya go. This worked for me.
While you are logged into Filezilla, right click on the file you are trying to copy to. Click on File Attributes. Make sure under Owner Permissions to "Read" "Write" and "Execute" are checked.
