Synchronizing folders

Hi all,

I ahve a local folder (c:/a/b/c) that I would like to be sychronized with an FTP folder (ftp.abc.com/usernnn/a/b/c). I set my Filezilla up to open my local directory at this destination already but I'm looking for an option that would allow me to delete the local files, and transfer the ones from the FTP to their right locations. I say "to delete the files from local" first because otherwise, Visual Studio wouldn;t see the file changes when I refresh the VS solution.

Any Ideas? Thanks in advance,
