Try actually reading the log.

You do not have permissions to upload files. Contact the server administrator.

Tests say nothing about permission, server admin for the upload site confirms permission.

"Try actually reading the log" - what a jack ass response for a site admin. was asking a question, hoping for a decent response, fuck wad :(

Tests say nothing about permission
The network test does not and can not test for permissions.
server admin for the upload site confirms permission
Well, the server disagrees.

We can't say it more clear than the log: Can't open that file: Permission denied. You can't solve this problem.
No support requests over PM! You will NOT get any reply!!!
FTP connection problems? Please read Network Configuration.

Why is it that users always react offended when I point out the obvious? You should be glad that I even reply at all to these trivialities.

Both sentences were important. First one tells you that you could have answered your own question by reading the logs. Second one answered your question.
