I was following this tutorial
http://helppages.obsidian.com.au/HelpCe ... ingstarted

and it says:
Now next to Host type in the name of your website (without http://). Click on Normal under Logontype, then enter the User and password that Obsidian sent out to you when your FTP account was created.
But I never received a user and password.

Also on their screenshot the options at the bottom on filezilla are : connect, cancel, save and exit.

But my options are: connect, cancel, ok.

Then you have to contact your hoster. Obviously we can't give it to you, we only support the tool (FileZilla).

Forget the screenshots in that tutorial. The tutorial you posted is severely outdated, especially the screenshots. They are from a software that does no more exist (FileZilla 2). You have FileZilla 3, which is completely rewritten and is not 100% compatible in terms of GUI. Btw, 'OK' does the same as 'Save and exit'.

That entirely depends on your hoster.
