Able to upload when using one ISP, and not with another ISP

Hi,

When I use my ADSL ISP, I am able to upload to a site which is configure with SFTP-SSH.

When I use my cable ISP, I can log in this site, download files, erase remote files, but when I try to upload files, the upload starts normally, and then stalls.

I tried other FTP clients, and they all work. Only Filezilla cannot upload to this particular site (a private one not opened to public).

Any idea what's happening? If not, what information should I provide to help debugging this problem?

I tried active and passive mode, and to specifcy the OS (Unix), but that did not help.

The other FTP clients I tried work, but they are all horrendous one way or another compared to Filezilla.
