OSX Emacs / TRAMP / AngeFTP + FileZilla Server Question

I am having an issue with Filezilla Server and Emacs. If it's ok, I'll share the link to the question I've asked on superuser, as it is pretty big and detailed. I'm not fishing for Reputation, I just want this resolved, as it is driving me crazy!

Most definitely some firewall or NAT router interfering with the connection. Please read the Network Configuration guide.

But I have OSX's firewall completely disabled, and successfully use the same router for an Ubuntu computer that works just fine. Unless you mean the Windows firewall, but I have all the FTP ports open on that, plus, the Ubuntu computer can connect to it just fine with its current setup.

I'm so confused.
