suggest for update

i am sorry for my english first!

1. on localhost we use SVN for write code Together,so the folder have some SVN files;but i want not update the files;so can add one control for file ext don't update;

2. when i edit one file,and save it;the ftp will note "update it ?",the ftp allway note the. can add one option like "allway auto update by change files"?

1) Use directory filters

2) Won't happen, automatic upload will eventually result in file corruption without you noticing.
