can't connect to ftp server

Hi guys, I am trying connect to my filezilla server from different LAN network. I've set port forwarding on my virgin superhub to:
FTP Start:20 End: 21: IP: Local IP. When testing it with Gene6 and firewall either ON or OFF I am gettong this:

You need to forward a range of passive mode ports. Please consult the Network Configuration guide for further information.
