You are either not allowed to list directories or there is a broken router and/or firewall interrupting the connection.

Thanks, I am not sure what you mean I not allowed to list directories? I am logging in to my account at Prostores. Also I don't have a broken router, and as far as a firewall. I have Windows XP and I listed FileZilla as an exception.

Command: PORT 192,168,1,47,5,234
Response: 500 Illegal PORT command
That is to be expected, you haven't configured the client for Active mode, see Network Configuration.
Response: 150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for MLSD
Response: 425 Unable to build data connection: Operation not permitted

I have it set on Active mode. Also I could not find a file called Filezilla server.exe. Prostores instructs to have set to FTPES-FTP TLS/SSL

I have it set on Active mode.
Yes, but it sends the wrong IP in the PORT command.
Also I could not find a file called Filezilla server.exe.
Why should you? You're using the client, not the server.
Prostores instructs to have set to FTPES-FTP TLS/SSL
Good choice. Set the servertype to FTPES in the Site Manager entry.

Select the correct settings in FileZilla's Active settings. Explained in Network Configuration.

We finally solved the problem. My ISP has a filter not not let through immoral site. Mistakenly it was filtering my ftp site. They removed the filter now everything is working right.
