Import Passwords?

#1 Post by jdredneck » 2012-01-23 00:06

Is there a way to copy a file over, or import passwords some how? I had a computer go down, but the hard drive is still good. I had all of my ftp passwords saved on that hard drive. Since that motherboard/cpu is shot, I bought a new computer. FileZilla is now installed, but don't have my passwords any more (since everything is messed up from a move, I have no clue where the paper versions are).

Please help me out. Thank you.

You can get your passwords from the former FileZilla setting directory in your old user profile. The exact location depends on your previous OS. If you have located the sitemanager.xml, use File - Import... to get it into your present FileZilla. AFAIK QuickConnect history cannot be exported/imported.
