slow transfer on Windows

#1 Post by pcoventry » 2019-10-17 16:12

Hello, did I offend someone? People can write screw you filezilla and it stays on but sign up on the 14th of October and I ask why I am getting slow transfers on Windows and how to solve it and (it appears)my question and account are all deleted!? Why? this is the only support you offer and I have purchased your client TWICE so please don't delete me! I can't get help elsewhere and I will just had to go back to someone else if I am not allowed support here.

I can't even remember what I put now! - I will have to come back later assuming I am not deleted again! :(

Edit - that's right. On Windows I get around 10MB/sec from both threads - but on Mac I get the full 65MB/sec. I know it's a problem with windows and not the client as I have always got it even when I was on the free version of Filezilla - does anyone know why please? Is it worth me going from 7Pro to 10? I had thought about an upgrade anyway but was not sure if this would improve.

Thanks

Pete
