Hi,
Every time I started Filezilla client, it stays on the taskbar ( Windows 10-64bit), it was not posible to restore or maximize it.
It was necesary restore the FileZilla display setting with "WinLayoutManager", to restore size and position
FileZilla_3.47.2.1_win64 out of screen boundary

Was probably outside screen of boundaries or, in the Win10 case, on another Desktop. Please note that you do not need any external tools, just hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt while starting FileZilla to reset the layout.
