Hi,
I had performance problems in Windows Explorer which means that often the cursor circle was shown.
I found out that the Filezilla explorer extension is the reason! Deactiving this extension by nirsoft shellexview was the solution.

This is highly unlikely. When not actually dragging from within FileZilla, it doesn't do anything.
There must be a different, broken third-party shell extension. In this situation the FileZilla shell extension isn't the cause of the problem, but merely a trigger that reveals it.
